WinSiC4AP Project: First 30kW rack expected in 2019
Launched in June 2017, the WinSiC4AP (Wide band gap INnovative SiC FOR Advanced Power) project continues to grow. At the beginning of June, it was highlighted on the APOJEE-Punch Powertrain stand at the last PCIM Europe exhibition in Nuremberg.
This collaborative work, whose ambition is to develop high-performance, reliable and efficient end products based on the SiC technology, targets high-tech markets for European or world leaders in the automotive, aeronautics, rail and defence sectors.
'Bricks' should be put on the table in a few months, including the 30kW rack that will be available in May 2019.
